Chef Sandeep Kalia
A 1980 graduate of the Food Craft Institute in Chandigarh, Chef Sandeep Kalia brings over 25 years of international food and beverage experience. He has served with marquee Indian institutions like the Taj Palace and Maurya Sheraton Hotels in New Delhi, The Rambagh Palace in Jaipur and The Suryagarh in Jaisalmer
Chef Kalia’s experience spans all areas of kitchen operations including menu & recipe planning, procurement and kitchen p&l, training, quality, hygiene & safety.
Chef Kalia has also has extensive experience with banqueting.
After returning from his Oman assignment, Chef Kalia is currently based in Mumbai.
Shubha Nair
Shubha brings in a wealth of experience and multi-cultural exposure in understanding the finer nuances of hospitality industry. Her core competencies lie in training, service and operations. Shubha has helped create and nurture teams at the Taj and the Oberoi Hotels among others in India and Africa.
She has a deep understanding of the industry and its ever-changing needs. Shubha’s value-based leadership approach has been at the heart of ABS’ training philosophy. All her training programmes are designed on the back of experiential learning and emotional intelligence with a clear focus on innovation, vision, inner values, inspiration and communication- aimed at performance, business innovation, operational excellence and importantly customer joy.

He is Masters in Business Administration in Human Resources, Graduate with specialization in Sociology, Hotel Management Graduate and Certified Trainer by ISTD.
Nikhil was last associated with ECOS a Mobility Solutions Organization as Head Human Resources. Currently he is creating Skill Development Model. He is also associated with Quatrro BPO as Consultant. Prior to joining ECO, Nikhil was functioning as Independent HR & Training Consultant, supporting organization in HR Transformation, Talent Management and HR Audits. Nikhil has been associated with Large Organizations like Alcatel Lucent, Genpact, Convergys and Oberoi Hotels.
